  • When a car is towed in who can we deal with?

    When a car is towed in we can only deal with and release a car to the registered owner.

  • Do I need an appointment for a state Inspection?

    No – Inspections are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Are you open on Saturdays & Sundays?

    No – Our Automotive Repair and Inspection are closed.

  • How long is my car impounded if it was towed for an OUI?

    This falls under Melanie’s Law- Your car will be impounded for 12 hrs from the time it was towed in. If you can’t make it down to sign the release form? Here is what you should do:


    If the registered owner can’t come in to sign the release form, they can download the form from our website and return the form notarized and with a copy of their license.

  • You say you offer 24 hrs services. Are you genuinely open 24hrs?

    Our phones are answered by someone 24hrs a day 7 days a week, for all Emergency/ Police department tow calls.


    All other inquiries and appointment scheduling should be made during regular business hours.
